Return Policy for The Warrior Project

At The Warrior Project, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the bracelets are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged bracelet, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at wendy@thewarrior-project.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the damage.

2. Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos of the damaged item to your email. This will help us assess the issue and expedite the process.

3. Return Authorization: Once we review your email and confirm the damage, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the damaged item.

4. Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming the damage, we will either send you a replacement bracelet or issue a refund to your original method of payment.

**Non-Returnable Items**

Please note that items not damaged or defective cannot be returned. All sales are final.
